Where Did the Elves Go?

Elves still exist on Velas, although at a tiny fraction of what the old Elven Dominate had in terms of population. Velas is named after the founder of the Dominate who made the first (known) empire of Central Tys. The elves left in the Elvish majority nations of Syldania, Cymrie, and the like are actually somewhat deviant from the rest of elvenkind who sailed west some time in ancient history and have not yet returned.
